For study inquiries, email is usually the most practical route. It allows the key framework conditions to be described completely from the start and, if needed, supplemented with documents, sketches or existing study materials.
Please send your inquiry in as structured a way as possible and include all relevant key details. This makes it easier to assess more quickly whether and to what extent TrichoScan is suitable for your project.
Anonymous inquiries without a contact person, organization and country are normally not answered.

Helpful information for your inquiry
The more clearly the starting situation is described, the better an initial response can be given. The following points are especially helpful:
- Contact person: name, role and direct contact details
- Organization: company, institute, CRO, practice or sponsor
- Country: in which country the study is planned or conducted
- Study type: for example cosmetic study, observational study, feasibility study
- Question / objective: what should be measured or documented with TrichoScan
- Endpoints: which hair parameters are in focus
- Target group: for example men, women, specific age groups or indications
- Planned sample size: approximate number of subjects
- Timeline: planned project start and expected duration
- Sites: single site or multicenter setting
- Required services: software only, evaluation, training, support or complete solution
- Existing hardware: if devices or systems are already available
- Special requirements: SOPs, training, data exports, reports or other requests
Notes on suitability
TrichoScan is particularly suitable for the standardized capture and documentation of hair parameters over time. Whether the method fits your study design depends, among other things, on the study question, the desired endpoints and the practical framework conditions.
